ABOUT MY JEWELRY OR ACCESSORIES
Even though polymer clay is durable and strong, it still needs to be cared for correctly because it can be easily broken with improper use and storage, especially if the design is delicate, which these babies are!
WHAT ARE PIECES MADE OUT OF?
Jewelry and accessories are made with Polymer Clay and liquid synthetic polymer. Hardware used stainless steel and is always Nickel-free. UV and Epoxy Resin may be used for glaze as well.
CARING FOR MY PIECES
The best way to keep your pieces happy is to store them in a dry cool spot to avoid them being knocked around and easily broken or lost.
Polymer clay is a porous material and can scuff especially in lighter colors. I suggest using a damp cloth to wipe in-between wears/uses. If you find there are marks that don't come off, you can use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad and wipe it sparingly to remove the mark.
Avoid showering or swimming while wearing your jewelry or accessory and keep them away from perfumes or any harsh chemicals to preserve the vibrant colors!
WHAT IF ONE OF MY PIECES BREAKS?
If you have the unfortunate experience of your jewelry of accessory breaking, please contact me via email at lenaohstudio@gmail.com with a photo of the piece and we can discuss possible solutions.
That said, as a small business, I cannot replace or refund itms that have not be cared for or stored correctly, or that are greater than 6 months past purchased.
IS THERE ANY SAFETY INFORMATION THAT I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
PLEASE do not allow any children to play with, wear, or chew on your jewelry. They are not for teething purposes and will break when chewed on - also a potential choking hazard, yikes!
